Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. All décor rentals are provided in 24-hour rental periods. The rental period begins at the agreed-upon pickup or delivery time and ends exactly 24 hours later, unless otherwise stated in writing. The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time they are picked up or delivered until they are returned and inspected by our team. All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. Any item returned after the 24-hour rental period will automatically incur an additional full-day rental charge for each additional 24-hour period, or portion thereof, until the item is returned. Late fees are non-negotiable unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing. Normal wear from proper use is expected; however, damage resulting from negligence, misuse, improper handling, weather exposure, theft, or accidents is the customer's financial responsibility. Any item that is not returned will be considered lost after a reasonable period determined by the business. The customer will be charged a full replacement value of the item. Items should be returned in the same general condition in which they were received. Excessively dirty items requiring unusual cleaning may be subject to an additional cleaning fee at the discretion of the business. All returned items will be inspected upon return. Damage may not be immediately visible, and a complete inspection may take up to 48 hours. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer following inspection. The customer accepts full responsibility for the safe use of all rented décor items. Our business is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of rented items.
